微硅粉生石灰煅烧酸溶制作白炭黑的研究

摘    要:将微硅粉和生石灰以质量比1∶1充分混合研磨,1 100℃下煅烧0.5 h,煅烧成硅酸钙为主要成分的熟料;按固液质量比1∶7.5加入盐酸溶液中进行酸溶,经稀释陈化、清洗、抽滤、烘干等工艺,制备出白度为96、平均粒径为11.15μm、二氧化硅纯度达99.9%的白炭黑。

Abstract:Adequately mix the light silicon ash and lime with the quality ratio 1 ∶1,and get the silicate materials through sintering at 1 100 ℃ for 0.5 h.According to the solid and liquid weight ratio 1 ∶7.5 put the silicate materials in hydrochloric acid solution to dissolve,after diluting,rinsing,filtrating and drying,etc,the silica white samples with the whiteness is 96,the granularity is 11.15 μm,and the purity of SiO2 is 99.9% are obtained.
