柠檬酸盐凝胶的自燃烧与铁氧体纳米粉合成

摘    要:借助差热分析、红外吸收光谱和X射线衍射技术研究了硝酸盐-柠檬酸盐凝胶的热分解和燃烧过程,发现具有一定组成的镍铜锌铁硝酸盐和柠檬形成的凝胶具有自蔓延燃烧特征,燃烧后直接形成粒径为20~50nm具有尖晶石结构的单相铁氧体粉末,调整硝酸盐和柠檬本的比例可控燃烧速率和燃烧过程,进而调控纳米粉末的颗粒尺寸和磁相结构。

Abstract:The combustion process of nitrate-citrate gels was studied using DTA, IR spectra and XRD techniques. The results reveal that the dried gels, formed from metal(Ni,Cu,Zn and Fe)nitrates and citric acid, have auto_combustion behavior. The single phase NiCuZn ferrite powder with spinel structure and particle size of 2050 nm are directly synthesized after auto_combustion of gels, without calcination at higher temperature. The combustion rate and process can be controlled by changing the ratio of nitrate to citric acid, and then the particle size and magnetic structure can be controlled.
