粉煤灰和磨细矿渣对高强轻骨料混凝土抗渗及抗冻性能的影响

摘    要:研究了粉煤灰和磨细矿渣对高强轻骨料混凝土抗渗及抗冻性能的影响。结果表明:粉煤灰和磨细矿渣的复合掺入能显著提高高强轻骨料混凝土的强度、抗渗及抗冻性能。在不掺入引气剂的情况下,轻骨料混凝土的抗冻性达F200以上。轻骨料混凝土的扫描电镜照片表明:粉煤灰和磨细矿渣的综合效应,使火山灰反应更加充分,Ca(OH)2含量降低,轻骨料与水泥石的界面过渡区得到强化,混凝土结构更加密实,其抗渗、抗冻性能得到进一步提高。

Abstract:Effects of fly ash and pulverized blast furnace slag on resistance of permeability and resistance of freezing of high strength lightweight aggregate concrete (HSLWAC) were investigated . Results show that adding the fly ash and the pulverized blast furnace slag can evidently improve the strength, the resistance of permeability and the resistance of freezing of HSLWAC. The resistance of freezing of lightweight aggregate concrete can be reached to F200 under the circumstance of without any air entraining agent. Scanning electron microscope results indicate that integrated effects of the fly ash and the pulverized blast furnace slag can make pozzolanic reaction much more complete, reduce the content of (Ca(OH)_(2)), strengthen the interfacial transition zone of the lightweight aggregate and harden the cement mortar. The resistance of permeability and the resistance of freezing can be further improved due to the more compact structure of concrete obtained.
