摘    要:对不同温度下煅烧煤矸石水泥混合材进行了系统研究,以寻找煤矸石活性的最佳煅烧温度。选用增钙煅烧的方式提高煤矸石活性。为了进一步了解煤矸石的活化过程,对其进行了扫描电镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM),核磁共振(nuclear magnetic resonance,NMR)等测定。通过sEM方法可以观察不同状态煤矸石颗粒形貌的变化。通过NMR方法,从Si,A1原子所处环境和相互间的关系角度上对不同状态煤矸石活化过程进行结构层次上的研究。

Abstract:The systematic research was carried out for coal gangue calcined at different temperatures, which was used as cement mixture, so as to find the optimum temperature for activation of coal gangue. The way of calcining coal gangue with calcium was chosen to raise the activity of coal gangue. In order to make clear about the activation process of coal gangue, some samples were determined by means of scanning electron microscope(SEM) and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) etc. The changes of granule shape of coal gangue in different states can be observed by SEM. The research of structural level for the activation process of coal gangue were made by NMR from the point of environment of atom Si and Al as well as the relations between each other.
