超细粉煤灰的性能研究

摘    要:研究了电收尘气流分选工艺收集的超细粉煤灰(udtra—fine fly ash,缩写为UFA)的物理化学性能。随着细度的增加,UFA的密度、烧失量、吸水率和28d抗压强度比f(cu,28d)随之增大,需水量比则随之减小。在水中WA的zeta电位为负,其绝对值随细度的增加而增加,矿物组成却变化不大。还研究了超细粉煤灰的粒径分布和颗粒形貌特征,结果表明UFA具有令人满意的减水增强作用。

Abstract:Physico chemical characteristics of ultra fine fly ash (UFA) collected by electro static precipitators and airflow classing technology were investigated. Density, ignition loss ,water absorption and ratio of compressive strength f (cu, 28 d) of UFA are increased with the increasing of fine grains obtained, but ratio of water requirement is decreased at the same time. Zeta potential of UFA in de ionized water is negative, while its absolute value is increased with the increasing of fineness of grains. Only a little change in mineralogical composition of fly ashes is observed. Particle size distribution and particle morphologies of UFA are also studied. Results show that UFA has an excellent water reducing and reinforcing characteristic.
