水热合成C-S-H凝胶所用硅质原料的特性研究

摘    要:详细研究了不同硅质原料的化学组成、杂质含量、可溶硅含量ζ电位等物化特性,并且进行了XRD,IR、SE会等微观测试,在此基础上,分析了硅质原料和石灰的反应机理,得到影响它们反应速率的主要因素是硅质原料中SiO2的溶解速度,包括SiO2的溶解度,硅质原料的平均粒径、比表面积等,最后得出,适合水热合成C-S-H凝胶的硅质原料应该具有较高的可溶硅含量和较大的比表面积。

Abstract:Based on the studies of chemical composition, impurity content, dissoluble SiO_2 content, zetapotential and XRD, IR, SEM, BET, etc. of siliceous materials, reaction mechanism of lime and siliceous materials are analyzed in the paper, the result obtained is that an important factor effecting the reaction speed is the dissolution speed of SiO_2, which includes SiO_2 solubility, average size of particles and specific surface area etc., At last the siliceous materials appropriate for the synthesis of ~C-S-H gel would possess higher dissoluble SiO_2 content and specific surface area.
