摘    要:以钛酸乙酯和氯化钇为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法研究了Y^3 掺杂对TiO2光催化降解酸性蓝染料的影响。通过X射线衍射(XRD)和红外光谱(IR)分析了TiO2复合粒子的结构,结果表明:Y^3 掺杂能够显著提高TiO2粒子的光催化降解能力,当x(TiO2):x(Y^3 )为100:1.5时光催化降解能力达到最大,Y^3 与TiO2形成无序固溶体,当x(Y^3 )为2.0%时,会有Y2O3生成。分析了Y^3 生成。分析了Y^3 掺杂TiO2粒子光催化降解能力提高的原因。

Abstract:In the present work, the yttrium_doped titania particles were prepared from Ti(OC 4H 9) 4 and YCl 3 by sol-gel processing and their solar ray photocatalysis characteristics to photoreduction of dyes were examined. The structure of the titania particles was analysed by XRD and IR methods. The results show that the photocatalytic activities of yttrium_doped titania particles are much higher than that of pure titania particles. The most efficient photoreduction of dyes is found with titania particles doped with 1.5% yttrium in mole. When yttrium reaches 2% in mole, a net decrease in photocatalytic activity is observed due to the precipitation of Y 2O 3.
