摘    要:以锌粉为原料,白碳黑为催化剂,研究了四脚状氧化锌(T-ZnO)晶须在高温气相氧化反应条件下的结晶习性和生长机理,扫描电镜研究结果表明:模板催化剂及气相反应体系的过饱和度对T-ZnO晶须形态有很大影响,利用T-ZnO晶须生长习性温和的特点,制备了均一规整的T-ZnO晶须,通过生长过程的观察,在一定生长环境中T-ZnO晶须为开裂昌须,表现为轴螺旋位错的VS生长机理。

Abstract:This paper deal with the growth habits and mechanism of tetra_pod like zinc oxide (T-ZnO) whiskers, which were prepared by vapor phase oxidation of zinc metal in the air and by introducing white carbon black as a modeling catalyst. The morphology of T-ZnO whiskers is affected greatly by white carbon black as modeling catalyst and supersaturations ratio (the fractional pressures of zinc vapor and pressed air), which are affected by the growth temperature and air amount. The growth habits of T-ZnO whiskers are middle. The further researches in reactive region of vapor phase show that the growth also relies on diffusion and equilibrium of reactive system. The growth process of T-ZnO whisker is that Zn reacts with oxygen in vapor-phase to form regular octahedral crystal nucleus, and then crystal grow on four alternating interfaces. The legs are triangle initially and then form hexahedron gradually. The regular T-ZnO whisker was prepared with high yield by using the middle property of the whiskers growth. T-ZnO whiskers belong to cleaving whiskers, which was verified by studying the growth process. The growth of T-ZnO whiskers shows the VS mechanism of screw dislocation.
