摘    要:天线罩是高超音速寻的制导导弹前端的重要部件,必须具有防热、透波、承载等多种功能。介绍了高超音速导弹天线罩候选材料二氧化硅、氮化硼和氮化硅的基本性能,综述了颗粒增强、纤维增强和叠层结构的陶瓷基复合材料天线罩的制备工艺与力学、介电性能,分析了陶瓷基复合材料天线罩研究存在的问题,指出了发展方向。

Abstract:Radome is an important warhead part of hypersonic homing guidance missiles, and must possess multifunctions of thermal protection, microwave transparence and load bearing, etc. The basic properties of candidate materials (such as silica, boron nitride, silicon nitride) for hypersonic missile radomes are introduced. The preparation process and mechanical, dielectric properties of ceramic matrix composites(CMC) radomes, including particle reinforced, continuous fiber reinforced and laminated CMC, are reviewed. The problems of research in CMC radomes are analyzed. The future direction for developing CMC radomes is pointed out.
