聚乙二醇相转移催化合成8-羟基-5-硝基喹啉

摘    要:在乙腈、聚乙二醇存在下,8-羟基喹啉与硝酸铈铵反应生成8-羟基-5-硝基喹啉。最佳反应条件:8-羟基喹啉与硝酸铈铵的物质的量比为1:1.3,反应温度50℃,反应时间1.5h。产率可达78.3%。

Abstract:In the presence of ethanonitrile and polyethylene glycol,8-hydroxyquinoline reacted with ceric ammonium nitrate to form 8-hydroxy-5-nitroquinoline.A simple and mild method for the synthesis of 8-hydroxy-5-nitroquinoline was studied.The results showed that when the molar ratio of 8-hydroxyquinoline to ceric ammonium nitrate was 11.3;ethanonitrile 5mL,reaction temperature 50;and reaction time 1.5h;the yield of 8-hydroxy-5-nitroquinoline was 78.3%.
