| 摘 要： | 以丹皮酚为先导,合成了丹皮酚缩1,3-丙二胺、丹皮酚缩2-羟基-1,3-丙二胺和丹皮酚缩糠胺3种丹皮酚席夫碱衍生物。琼脂扩散抑菌试验表明,丹皮酚及其衍生物对受试4种革兰氏阴性菌、阳性菌皆有明显的抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Three Schiff base compounds derived from paeonol were synthesized and characterized by elementary analysis and IR spectrometry.Paeonol and its Schiff base derivatives were valued for their antimicrobial activity against bacterial strands using the agar diffusion method.They were found to be active against the four test bacterial organisms. |
