| 摘 要： | 建立了同时测定卤虫卵中海藻糖和甘油的含量的方法.采用Asahipeak Amino NH2P-504E色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm),示差检测器,以乙腈-水(70:30)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,利用HPLC方法,8 min内完成海藻糖和甘油的基线分离.并将该方法应用于两种产地卤虫卵中海藻糖和甘油含量的测定,方法简便、快速,重现性良好.
