黄曲霉毒素饲料基体标准物质研究

摘    要:建立了含黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2的饲料基体标准样品制备、定值和不确定度评估方法。饲料样品经加标、干燥、辐照灭菌、混匀、分装、密封制备而得。经过均匀性检验、稳定性检验、实验室联合定值以及不确定度评估等过程,最终确定饲料中黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2的量值分别为(71. 23±1. 60)、(75. 53±1. 28)、(74. 87±1. 79)、(75. 77±2. 68)μg/kg。结果表明,饲料基体标准物质的均匀性良好,稳定性符合标准物质技术要求,同时分析并评估了该基体标准物质研制过程中引入的不确定度。该样品可用于饲料样品中黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2的定性和定量检测。
