摘    要:通过二(三)苯基氯化锗β-吲哚基羧酸酯反应合成了9种新的二(三)苯基锗β-吲哚基羧酸酯。利用元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱表征了这些化合物的结构,红外光谱测试表明,所有化合物中羧基是以单齿形式与锗原子配位。生物活性测试结果表明,该类化合物对MCF-7癌细胞具有较高的体外抑制活性。

Abstract:Nine new di or triphenylgermanium indolylcarboxylates were synthesized by the reaction of di or triphenylgermanium chloride with indolylcarboxylates. Their structures were characterized by elementary analysis, IR and 1HNMR. The IR spectra showed that these carboxyl groups are monodentate ligands in compounds 1~9. In vitro rest, these compounds showed high antitumor activities against human tumor cell line MCF 7.
