摘    要:利用2,6-二叔丁基苯酚和多聚甲醛为原料经常压反应合成了标题化合物.通过正交设计,研究了影响反应的因素,优化了反应条件,最佳工艺条件是:以甲醇为溶剂,原料配比为:n(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚):n(多聚甲醛)=1:1.6,反应时间为8 h,收率可达83.8%.对产品进行了IR光谱分析、元素分析及熔点测定,确定产品为目标产品.该工艺的特点是:副产物少,成本低,三废少,具有一定的经济效益和社会效益.

Abstract:In this article 3,5-di-tert-4-hydroxyl benzyl methyl ether was synthesized using 2,6-di-tert-butyl phenol and paraformadehyde as raw materials.Factors influencing the reactions were studied.The optimum technological conditions were determined though orthogonal experiments.The optimum reaction conditions required:a molar ratio of n(2,6-di-tert-butyl phenol):n(paraformaldehyde)=1:1.6;and a reaction time of 8 h with methanol used as the solvent.The overall yield was 83.8%.The structure of product was determine...
