一锅法合成四氢喹啉衍生物的新反应研究

摘    要:研究了在碘催化下笨甲醛、芳胺、二氢呋喃一锅法反应,以较高的产率获得了预期的四氢喹啉衍生物.详细考察了催化剂、芳胺的结构对这一反应的影响,同时探讨了在碘的催化下不同的亚胺与二氢呋喃反应,实验的结果与使用预制的一锅法进行的反应得到的产物基本一致.所得化合物经 H NMR、13 C NMR 测试技术进行表征.

Abstract:One pot synthesis of tetrahydroquinolines from benzaldehyde,aniline and dihydrofuran was achieved using iodine as the catalyst in good yields.The influence of the loading of iodine and the structure of arylimine was studied.In addition,iodine was found to be an efficient catalyst for the imino Diels-Alder reaction of N-arylimine and dihydrofuran and the reaction provided tertrahydroquinolines.The yield was comparable with that obtained from the "one pot" reaction.The obtained compounds were characterized by 1H NMR and 13C NMR.
