诺卜醇及其衍生物的合成与表征

摘    要:用压热法由β-蒎烯与多聚甲醛合成了诺卜醇;用相转移催化法合成了诺卜醇的乙基醚、丙基醚、丁基醚、戊基醚和苄基醚;由诺卜醇与酸酐反应合成了乙酸诺卜酯和丙酸诺卜酯。它们都具有较好的香气性质。所有产物的结构均用IR,MS,1HNMR及13CNMR分析进行了表征。

Abstract:Nopol was synthesized from β-pinene and formaldehyde by autoclave reaction. Nopyl ethyl ether, nopyl n-propyl ether, nopyl n-butyl ether, nopyl n-pentyl ether and nopyl benzyl ether were synthesized using phase transfer catalyst, nopyl propanoate and nopyl acetate were synthesized from the reaction of nopol and acid anhydride. All the compounds have good fragrant characteristics and have been identified by IR, MS, ()~1H NMR and ()~(13)C NMR.
