山奈酚分子印迹聚合物的制备及其性能表征

摘    要:采用分子印迹技术,以山奈酚(Kaempferol,KAE)为模板分子,2-乙烯基吡啶(2-Vpy)为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EDMA)为交联剂,合成了山奈酚分子印迹聚合物(KAE-MIP)。采用静态平衡结合实验评价了KAE-MIP对底物分子的结合特性,并进行了吸附动力学研究。结果表明,KAE-MIP对KAE呈现出了很高的选择吸附特性;Scatchard分析显示KAE-MIP对KAE存在不同亲和力的两类结合位点;与对照物在KAE-MIP上的吸附行为比较表明,KAE-MIP对KAE具有良好的分子识别性能;KAE-MIP对KAE的选择性吸附基本在2 h之内完成。

Abstract:Kaempferol molecularly imprinted polymer(KAE-MIP) was synthesized with kaempferol as template,2-vinylpyridine as functional monomer and EDMA as cross-linker by molecular imprinting technique in methanol solution.Kaempferol imprinted polymer's binding affinity and selectivity to kaempferol were evaluated by equilibrium adsorption experiments and its adsorption kinetics were observed.KAE-MIP exhibited good adsorption affinity and selectivity toward KAE.Scatchard analysis revealed that two classes of binding sites were formed in KAE-MIP.Compared to the adsorption behaviors of KAE and its analogs,KAE-MIP displayed excellent molecular recognition.The selective adsorption of kaempferol on KAE-MIP could be accomplished with in 2 h.
