摘    要:以乙醚为溶剂、十二烷基苯磺酸为添加剂,稀硝酸硝化2,4-二甲基苯酚得到2,4-二甲基-6-硝基苯酚。实验考察了不同工艺条件对反应的影响,最佳工艺条件为:2,4-二甲基苯酚24.4g,乙醚150mL,十二烷基苯磺酸0.8g,硝酸浓度25%,反应温度33~35℃,反应时间3h,平均收率达83.2%。通过红外光谱和核磁共振谱对产品进行了结构表征。

Abstract:2,4-Dimethyl-6-nitrophenol was obtained from 2,4-dimethylphenol with diluted nitric acid as nitrating agent,ether as solvent,and dodecyl benzene sulfonate as additive.The influence of process conditions on the reaction was investigated,and the optimum process conditions were obtained as follows:2,4-dimethylphenol 24.4 g,ether 150mL,DBSA 0.8 g,concentration of nitric acid 25%,reaction temperature 33~35℃,and reaction time 3 h.The average yield was 83.2%.The structure of product was confirmed by IR and 1H NMR spectrum.
