摘    要:制备了离子液体EMIM]BF4,并用于催化合成镇痛消炎药酮咯酸中间体2-苯甲酰吡咯。考察离子液体EMIM]BF4的催化活性及重复使用性能,研究了原料配比、反应温度和反应时间等工艺条件的影响。较佳工艺条件为:反应物料配比n(EMIM]BF4)∶n(苯甲酰氯)∶n(吡咯)=1.0∶1.0∶1.2,反应温度50℃,反应时间8h。在此条件下,2-苯甲酰吡咯收率达86%以上,纯度达99%。其离子液体可重复利用,经5次利用后产物收率仍在80%以上,并可避免使用有机溶剂。

Abstract:EMIM]BF4 ionic liquid was synthesized and used to catalyze analgesic ketorolac intermediate 2-benzoylpyrrole.The catalytic activity and the reusability of ionic liquid EMIM]BF4 were investigated.The effects of reaction conditions on reaction results such as molar ratio,reaction temperature and reaction time were examined.The optimum conditions are as follows: nEMIM](BF4)∶n(benzoyl chloride)∶n(pyrrole) = 1.0∶1.0∶1.2,reaction temperature 50℃ and reaction time 8 h.Under these conditions the yield of 2-benzoylpyrrole was over 86%,and its purity was up to 99% by HPLC analysis.The ionic liquid can be duplicatedly used and the production rate can still reach 80% after using five times,The process can carry out without solvent.
