高效液相色谱法测定四溴双酚A-双(2,3-二溴)丙醚

采用高效液相色谱法测定塑料产品中的溴系阻燃剂:四溴双酚A-双(2,3-二溴)丙醚(TBBPA-bis)。样品经索氏提取后,经C18色谱柱分离,乙腈和水以95∶5(v/v)的比例混合作为淋洗液,220 nm波长检测。该方法的线性范围为0.1~10.0 ng/μL(r=0.9998);检出限为0.04 ng/μL;加标回收率为83.7%,相对标准偏差为3.8%(n=6)。该方法能准确、简便、灵敏的检测塑料产品中的溴系阻燃剂四溴双酚A-双(2,3-二溴)丙醚(TBBPA-bis),满足欧盟指令关于溴系阻燃剂的检测限量要求。

Determination of TBBPA-bis in Plastic Products by PLC-DAD

Tetrabromobisphenol-A-2,3-dibromopropylether(TBBPA-bis)is one of the common brominated flame-retardant.A HPLC method for the detection of TBBPA-bis was established and reported in this paper.After extraction,the components were separated on a C_(18) column,eluated with a mobile phase of acetonitrile/water (95∶5,v∶v),and detected at 220 nm using a DAD detector,Linearity of the calibration curve was in the range of 0.1～10.0 ng/μL(r=0.9998).The detection limit was 0.04 ng/μL.The recovery was 83.7%,and the RSD was 3.8%(n=6).The method meets the requirements of the European Direction,and has been applied to real sample analysis.
