气固相法制备氯化聚氯乙烯的研究

摘    要:研究了气固相法制备氯化聚氯乙烯中反应温度和反应时间对产品氯含量的影响.结果表明:提高反应温度、延长反应时间都能提高产品的氯含量.综合考虑产品质量和能耗,温度在100℃反应时间为6 h是较为适宜的反应条件.通过对反应机理的探讨推导出氯化反应的速率方程,并计算出反应的活化能和指前因子.

Abstract:The effect on the chloride content of CPVC of the reaction temperature and time in the gas-solid method was studied in this article.The results showed that the content could be increased by increasing the reaction temperature and time.Considering the quality and energy consumption,100 °C and 6 h is an appropriate condition.The rate equations were derived and mechanism of the reaction was discussed.The activation energy and pre-exponential factor was calculated.
