苯乙烯生产技术进展

摘    要:评述了国内外苯乙烯生产技术的研究现状,分析了该领域的发展趋势,提出了国内苯乙烯生产技术的开发建议。世界上苯乙烯的生产和需求基本平衡,国内在未来五年内仍然依赖大量进口。国内苯乙烯催化剂的性能与进口催化剂相当或略优。建议对生产装置大型化、干气制乙苯进而生产苯乙烯技术特别是苯乙烯-环氧丙烷联产技术进行研究,开发具有自主知识产权的国内新技术及配套催化剂。

Abstract:This article reviews the status of styrene production technology at home and abroad,analyzes its developing trend and gives some suggestions on domestic technology.The global styrene supply is equal to its demand approximately.China will still rely on large volumes of styrene imports by 2010.The performance of the domestic catalyst for this technology is as good as that of imported catalyst.Suggestions of on emphasis research of large-scale plant,synthesis of ethylbenzene with dry gas of FCC followed by ethylbenzene dehydrogenating to styrene,especially the process for co-production of styrene and propylene oxide are put forward.The development of our own domestic technology and corresponding catalyst with independent intellectual property is disscessed.
