| Abstract: | Organic isotope dilution mass spectrometry has been widely used in food safety analysis because of the high precision,high accuracy,and simple pretreatment for samples. The mechanism and characteristics of organic isotope dilution mass spectrometry was briefly introduced.Its applications in food safety analysis were reviewed,and the prospect of the method was also discussed. |
