摘    要:研究了在Pd/C催化下,水合肼还原对硝基-β-苯乙醇制备对氨基-β-苯乙醇的方法。讨论了反应时间、水合肼及催化剂用量对产物收率的影响,在优化条件下平行实验结果表明,对氨基-β-苯乙醇的收率达90.9%。经IR、元素分析证实了其结构。

Abstract:The preparation of 4-Amino-β-phenethanol by reduction of 4-nitro-β-phenethanol with hydrazine hydrate in pressence of Pd/C catalyst was studied. The influences of reaction time and quantities of hydrazine hydrate and catalyst used on product yield were investigated. Under optimum conditions, parallel experimental results showed that the yield of 4-amino-β-phenethanol could reach (90.0%). The product was identified with IR and elemental analysis.
