原油中钙的存在形态及脱除技术研究

原油的重质化、劣质化及原油的深度开采使原油中钙的含量越来越高。为消除钙对炼油设备和深加工造成的不利影响,近几年来人们十分重视原油脱钙研究工作。目前已经工业化的脱钙技术普遍存在着成本高、剂油比高、脱后原油酸值增大等现象。介绍了原油中钙存在的形态,综合论述了原油脱钙的技术,同时对原油脱钙技术的应用前景进行了展望。

Forms of Calcium in Crude Oil and Study on Decalcification Technologies

With the depth of exploitation,crude oil becomes heavy and poor and its calcium content is increasing.Now,decalcification technologies are all the more important,but the industrialization technologies of decalcification have several problems,such as the high cost,the high ratio of reagent to oil and the increased acid value and so on.In this paper,the forms of calcium in crude oil are introduced,and the decalcification technologies and processes of crude oil are reviewed.The future application trend of deca...
