摘    要:介绍了汽车铝轮毂电镀工艺中各工序的技术规范与现场管理。文章的第三部分叙述了镀镍前处理(包括化学除油、电解除油和酸活化)、镀半光亮镍、镀高硫镍、镀光亮镍、镍封、镀微孔铬等工序的操作要领以及质量控制的要求,并给出了2种用于不合格产品复镀镍的方法。

Abstract:The technical specifications and on-site management of all procedures in electroplating process of automotive aluminum hubs were introduced. The third part of the article describes the key points of operations and quality control requirements for pretreatments (including chemical degreasing, electrolytic degreasing and acid activating), semibright Ni plating, high-S Ni plating, bright Ni plating, Ni sealing and microporous Cr plating. Two methods for Ni re-plating of unpassed products were presented.
