摘    要:功能性磷化工艺主要应用于冷加工业、机械工业、复合材料加工业、涂料工业等。冷加变形磷化主要包括拉丝磷化、冷挤磷化、冷冲磷化。介绍了3种工艺的工艺流程及配方。分析了工件表面状态对冲压质量的影响,并给出了磷化处理与外观摩擦因数的关系。

Abstract:Functional phosphating process is applicable to cold working industry,machinery finish industry,composite material industry,coating industry and so on.Cold working strain phosphating includes drawbench phosphating,cold extrusion phosphating and cold stamping phosphating.The process flows and formulations of the three processes were introduced.The influences of the surface state of workpiece on stamping qualities were analyzed,and the relationship between phosphating treatment and appearance friction factors was presented.
