| 摘 要： | 外浮顶原油罐在长期使用过程中,其内外壁金属表面发生了严重腐蚀.就腐蚀原因进行了分析,对原油罐内外壁防腐涂层材料进行了筛选,确定了原油罐内壁采用环氧系防腐涂料、外壁采用环氧改性氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶为成膜物的防腐方案.重点论述了防腐涂装工艺、技术要求及注意事项.
