| 摘 要： | 总结了弱酸性链盐镀锌和碱性锌酸盐镀锌的优缺点，并综合两者的优点，提出了一种弱酸性铵盐与碱性锌酸盐双缸套镀锌工艺。钝化膜的性能得到了改善。

| Abstract: | Advantages and weaknesses of weak acidic ammonium zinc plating and alkaline zincate zinc plating were described. Zinc plating from initial weak acidic ammonium electrolyte and subsequent alkaline zincate was proposed. Properties of chromating film were improved greatly. |
