7N01铝合金微弧氧化膜的腐蚀行为

摘    要:分别采用硅酸盐与磷酸盐?硅酸盐复合电解液在7N01铝合金表面制备了微弧氧化膜(MAO)。采用扫描电子显微镜观察它们的微观形貌,用X射线衍射仪分析了它们的物相,并用极化曲线测量、电化学阻抗谱和盐水浸泡试验考察了它们的防腐蚀性能。结果表明,两种体系所得微弧氧化膜均主要由α-Al2O3和γ-Al2O3相组成。与硅酸盐体系所得膜层相比,磷酸盐?硅酸盐复合体系所得膜层更加致密,防腐蚀作用更好。

Corrosion behaviors of micro-arc oxidation films on 7N01 aluminum alloy

Abstract:Micro-arc oxidation(MAO)films were prepared on 7N01 aluminum alloy in a silicate electrolyte and a phosphate-silicate composite electrolyte,respectively.Their micro-morphologies were observed using scanning electron microscope,their phase constitutions were analyzed using X-ray diffractometer,and their corrosion resistance were evaluated by potentiodynamic polarization measurement,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,and saline immersion testing.The results showed that the MAO films obtained from the two electrolytes were mainly composed ofα-Al2O3 andγ-Al2O3 phases.As compared with the MAO film obtained from the silicate system,the MAO film obtained from the phosphate-silicate composite electrolyte was compacter and had better anticorrosion property.
