Abstract:A porous biphasic calcium phosphate(BCP) coating was prepared on the surface of Ti6Al4V alloy by microarc oxidation to overcome the defects of single-phase biofilm on titanium alloy.The porous composite coatings composed of different proportions of β-tricalcium phosphate(β-TCP) and hydroxyapatite(HA) were obtained by controlling the compositions of working electrolytes.The effect of duty cycle on the aperture and porosity of BCP coating was studied.The composition and structure of BCP was analyzed using energy spectrometer and X-ray diffractometer.The biocompatibility of BCP coating was studied by immersion in simulated body fluid(SBF) and implantation in organism.The results showed that the increase of HA content in BCP coating facilitates the formation of skeleton,while the increase of β-TCP speeds up the formation of bone materials.The biocompatibility of BCP coating is best when the molar ratio of HA to β-TCP is 6:4.
