摘    要:无氰电镀利国利民。钢铁件要直接电镀无氰碱铜,置换问题易于解决,但要同时解决钢铁件的钝化问题却十分困难。只有提高无氰碱铜电镀的工艺性能,使其易于维护管理,才能经受大生产的长期考验,取得推广应用。在无氰碱铜电镀废水处理方面有待进一步深入研究。无氰碱铜电镀的方向是正确的,这条路还要继续艰苦地走下去。

Abstract:Cyanide-free electroplating is advantaged to country and people.For cyanide-free direct copper electroplating on iron and steel articles,it's relatively easy to solve replacement problem,but it's extremely difficult to simultaneously solve passivation problem of iron and steel articles.The performance of cyanide-free alkaline copper electroplating process must be improved and its easy maintenance must be achieved so that the cyanide-free alkaline copper plating can be successfully put into production and popularized. The waste-water treatment of cyanide-free alkaline copper electroplating is under further research.The process of cyanide-free alkaline copper plating has good prospect,but there is still a long and hard way to go.
