摘    要:梳理了超疏水表面的润湿原理,归纳了水热法、刻蚀法、电化学沉积法、阳极氧化法、模板法和喷涂法制备金属基超疏水表面的基本原理和发展趋势。综述了常见金属基体上超疏水表面在腐蚀防护中的应用和研究现状,并对金属基超疏水表面的未来发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract:The wetting principle of superhydrophobic surface was reviewed.The basic principles and development trends of several methods for fabricating metal-based superhydrophobic surfaces i.e.hydrothermal synthesis,etching,electrodeposition,anodization,template method,and spraying were summarized.The application and research status of metal-based superhydrophobic surfaces for corrosion protection were introduced.The future development directions of metal-based superhydrophobic surfaces were prospected.
