水热沉淀法制备TiO2纳米粉体影响因素的研究

摘    要:以硫酸钛水溶液为前驱物 ,尿素为沉淀剂 ,采用水热沉淀法制备了TiO2 纳米粉体 ,利用正交实验方法 ,XRD、TEM等分析测试手段 ,研究了前驱物浓度、尿素浓度、保温温度及保温时间对粉体粒径的影响。实验结果表明 :所制得的粉体为锐钛矿型TiO2 ,颗粒分散良好 ,平均粒径为十几纳米

Abstract:Nanocrystalline anatase titanium dioxide powders have been prepared by hydrothermal treating the mixed solution of Ti(SO\-4)\-2 and urea.The cross experimental design was used in this study.Crystal phase,grain size and morphology of the as prepared powders were studied by XRD and TEM techniques.The influence of concentration of Ti(SO\-4)\-2 and urea, hydrothermal temperature and soak time were discussed in details.The as obtained TiO\-2 Powders was anatase,well degree of dispersion and 10 20 nm in mean grain size. The sequence of affecting factors is Concentration of Ti(SO\-4)\-2 and urea,temperature and soak time.
