锂质陶瓷釉析晶动力学DTA研究

摘    要:本文通过差热分析(DTA)对锂辉石质陶瓷釉的析晶动力学问题进行了研究.求出了它的析晶活化能E=374.13KJ/mol;并借用一种新的动力学判据K_y(T),给出了它的析晶能力大小;同时发现,在锂辉石质陶瓷釉中引入成核剂TiO_2后,只会降低析晶程度;工艺条件改变会使它的析晶活化能减小,析晶能力下降.

Abstract:This article discuss the problem about separating out crystal kinetics of spodumene ceramic glazed by DTA. getting its separating out crystal energy E = 374. 13KJ/mol;and with thd help of a new kinetics Ky(T),we can get its energy of separating out crystal;meantime ,find out that after adding crystal TiO2 into spodumene ceramic glazed can cut down separating out crystal,and if changing the technological condition can reduce its activation energy of separating out crystal,also reduce the separating out crystal.
