抛光砖污泥焙烧发泡的机理研究

摘    要:通过模拟焙烧研究了抛光砖污泥在高温焙烧时发泡的机理。实验结果表明,焙烧抛光砖污泥出现发泡是由于污泥中的SiC发生氧化反应,产生气体排出。而抛光磨头里的MgO、MgCl2加剧了SiC的氧化反应;另外,所含SiC越细,抛光砖烧结后的玻璃相越多,越容易促进SiC在较低的温度下发生氧化反应,使抛光砖污泥焙烧时更容易发泡。

Abstract:The foam mechanism of polishing bricks sludge firing at high temperature was studied. The result showed that the mechanism of the sludge foaming was that SiC in the sludge was oxidized and produced CO,CO2. The MgO, MgCl2 in the bricks sludge can aggravate the oxidization of SiC; the finer particle SiC, the more glass phase in the bricks sludge can aggravate the oxidization of SiC.
