超临界流体技术与超细粉体制备

摘    要:综述了超临界流体应用于制备超细粉体的研究现状、主要研究成果和应用前景。介绍了超临界溶液快速膨胀(RESS)法,超临界流体抗溶剂(GAS)法,超临界气体抗溶剂沉淀(PCA)法,超临界逆向结晶(SRC)法,超临界流体渗透(SFI)技术,超临界干燥(SCFD)法和超临界流体化学反应法等,近年来开发的一些新方法和新工艺。分析了这些新工艺新方法的原理、特点、技术上的可行性、应用前景、目前达到的水平与存在的问题,以及今后的发展所需要解决的关键问题等。

Abstract:The applications of supercritical fluid in micro-powder formation represent a new area in recent years. The status of research, major achievements and further developing in the research of micro- powder formation with supercritical fluids were reviewed. Some new methods and processes developed recently were introduced, which include methods of rapid expansion of supercritical solutions (RESS), gas antisolvent solution (GAS), precipitation with a compressed fluid antisolvent (PCA), supercritical retrograde crystallization (SRC), supercritical fluid impregnation (SFI), supercritical fluids dry (SCFD) and chemical synthesis of supercritical fluids, etc. This paper analyzed the principles, features, engineering feasibility, application prospect, present level and existing problems, and the key problems needed to solve in further developing on the new methods.
