瓷质抛光砖防污性能与表面孔洞关系的研究

摘    要:瓷质抛光砖表面孔洞形貌、大小、数量对防污性能有明显的影响。这里采用扫描电子显微镜和图像处理软件相结合的方法,定量表征了瓷质抛光砖表面孔洞与防污性能的关系。结果表明:当表面孔洞面积百分比小于8%、孔洞平均面积在605μm2、孔洞内壁较光滑时,耐污染级别较高,可达到4级以上,防污性能较好。

Abstract:The shape,size as well as amount of surface pores on the polished ceramic tiles influence the anti-stain property significantly.The relationship between the surface pores and the anti-stain property were characterized quantitatively by combining SEM and image process software.The results show that when the pores area percentage are smaller than 8%,the average area are 605μm2,the inner wall of the pores are smooth,then the grade of the resistance to stains would be above 4,the anti-stain property is better.
