影响水平管降膜蒸发因素的实验研究

摘    要:以去离子水作为水平管降膜蒸发实验介质,考察了喷淋密度对热通量、管外传热系数和总传热系数的影响与传热总温差对于管内、外传热系数和总传热系数的影响,并分析其产生影响的原因,得到了水平管内、外和总传热系数随各操作因素的变化规律。通过分析实验结果,在前人经验公式的基础上加以修正,获得了多因素共同作用下管外蒸发传热系数的实验关联式,为水平管降膜蒸发技术实际应用提供实验依据。

Abstract:Deionized water was used as the medium for experiment on horizontal tube falling film evaporation,and the effect of sprinkle density on heat flux,and that of both tube' s outside heat transfer coefficient and overall heat transfer coefficient as well as the effect of heat transfer temperature difference on heat transfer coefficient were studied; and the reason resulting in these effects were analyzed to obtain the rule of heat transfer coefficients changing with the operation factors.Through analyzing the experimental results and modifying former empirical formula,the experimental correlations of tube' s outside heat transfer coefficient under the common action of many factors can be obtained to provide experimental foundation for the horizontal tube falling film's practical application.
