摘    要:设计了一种超声波清洗机加热温控装置,实现了对超声介质的加热与温度控制功能。在此基础上,介绍了该装置的结构示意图和工作原理,并利用精密温度计进行检验测试。结果表明,该装置能自动控制镀液温度,使其在50~100℃之间的任一温度值,且与精密晶体温度计测量的温度相差不大,最大误差仅为0.6℃。

Abstract:A heating thermostat for ultrasonic cleaner was designed to realize heating and temperature control of ultrasonic medium;and its sketch and functional principle were also introduced and tested with precision thermometer.The results show that this device can automatically control plating solutions' temperature from 50~100℃,and the temperature auto-measured closes to that measured with precision thermometer with a maximal error of 0.6℃.
