摘    要:根据超高压压缩机填料盒磨损的特征和工况条件 ,判断填料盒的磨损是由于微动磨损造成的。依据微动磨损机理 ,确定填料盒过早磨损的原因 ,提出了减缓填料盒磨损的措施 ,并取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:Based on the fretting characteristics of the packing box in a super high pressure compressor and its working condition, the fretting of the packed box was considered to be induced with fretting. The cause of too early erosion of the packed box was determined according to the fretting mechanism, some slow-up methods for the fretting of the packed box were proposed, and a god result was obtained.
