基于声发射技术的压力容器水压试验异常声响诊断

摘    要:某新制换热器管程水压试验升压阶段产生异常声响,为确认声响是否为容器主要受压元件裂纹开裂所致,应用声发射技术对换热器升压过程及同类材料试样拉伸过程进行了监测,并对采集的声发射信号进行分析和比较。结果表明该换热器产生的异常声响不是由主要受压元件裂纹开裂所致,并在此基础上对其进一步分析和处理。

Abstract:In order to confirm whether the abnormal sound comes from the cracking of the heat exchanger' s main pressurized components in water pressure test, the acoustic emission technique was employed to monitor heat exchanger' s pressurizing process and the same material' s tension process, and the further diagnosis and treatment were implemented. Analyzing the acoustic emission signals collected shows that the unusual sound doesn' t come from the cracking of pressurized components.
