| 摘 要： | 对各类工业产品外表涂装层色差问题做了大量的工艺研究，从原材料、烘烤温度，喷漆黏度、涂层厚度等方面分析了影响涂层色差的因素，确定了最佳施工工艺，使涂层外观颜色达到了基本一致，提高了产品质量和外观精度技术水平。

| Abstract: | A variety of appearance color difference of industrial products coating layer had been studied,the influence which affect the color difference were analyzed from raw materials,paint baking temperature,viscosity,as well as coating thickness,the optimal construction process was confirmed,so that the coating color appearance reached a basic agreement,product quality and appearance of precision technology level were enhanced. |
