| 摘 要： | 介绍了水性免中涂的特点及其在生产应用中的施工参数、工艺流程,以水性免中涂银灰和樱桃红金属漆为例,与溶剂型免中涂色漆进行性能对比,探讨了载货车水性免中涂在现行溶剂型免中涂涂装生产线上实车喷涂的适用性和通过性。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of waterborne free intermediate-coat, construction parameters, and process flow of production application were introduced. Taking silver grey and cherry red metallic paint of free intermediate-coat for example , compared with the solvent free intermediate-coat colored paint , the applicability and trafficability characteristic of free intermediate-coat waterborne coating of trucks on solvent free intermediate-coat painting production lines were discussed. |
