| 摘 要： | 以包合率为指标.采用水和乙醇溶液法来制备肟菌酯β-环糊精包合物,用紫外可见分光光度法研究包合物的形成以及各种条件对包合率影响.在70℃包合6 h,得到主客分子的最佳摩尔比为2:1包合物.重现性好,包合率稳定,将肟菌酯制成β-环糊精包合物后显著提高了它的溶解度.
