摘    要:采用气桐色谱-质谱(GC—MS)联用对嗪草酮原药主成分及主要杂质进行分析,结合嗪草酮原药合成工艺,确定了3个主要杂质的结构和含量。同时利用杂质结构对嗪草酮的合成新方法进行验证。

Abstract:Gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy analysis was conducted on the primary ingredient of metribuzin technical as well as its primary impurities, in conjunction with metribuzin synthesis methodology. The structures and contents of three main impurities of metrihuzin were identified, and these structures were used in validating a new method of metribuzin synthesis.
