摘    要:以4-三氟甲基苯胺为原料,经H2O2/HCl体系氯化得2,6-二氯-4-三氟甲基苯胺;考察了温度、反应时间、投料比对产物收率的影响,并研究了母液的套用情况.结果表明,在80℃下,反应2h,控制双氧水和对三氟甲基苯胺的摩尔投料比为4.0~5.0时,收率达到98.4%,母液经5次套用,收率维持在95%以上.

Abstract:2,6-Dichloro-4-trifluoromethylaniline was synthesized by chlorinating 4-trifluoro- methylaniline, using H2O2/HCI as chlorinating agent. The effects of the reaction temperature, reaction period and the molar ratio of hydrogen peroxide to 4-trifluoromethylaniline were investigated. The reuse of the mother liquid was also researched. Under 80 o C for 2 hours, with a 4.0-5.0 molar ratio of hydrogen peroxide to 4-trifluoromethylaniline, the optimized yield of 98.4% was obtained. The yields were more than 95% while the mother liquid was reused for 5 times.
