气相色谱法测定金银花中残留的啶虫脒

摘    要:建立了啶虫脒在金银花中残留量的毛细管气相色谱检测方法。样品采用乙酸乙酯进行提取,经弗罗里硅土层析柱净化,用电子捕获检测器进行测定。结果表明,该方法的最低检出限为0.015mg/kg,不同水平的加样回收率(n=5)为85.65%-95。53%,RSD为3.24%-5.02%。方法操作简便,达到了残留分析的要求,可用于金银花中啶虫脒残留量的测定,也为其他中药中啶虫脒残留量的测定提供了参考依据。

Abstract:A capillary gas chromatographic method (GC) was established for determining acetaniprid residues in Lonicera japonic. The acetaniprid was extracted from sample by ethyl acetate and cleaned up by florisil chromato- graphic column and last determined by GC(gas chromatography) with ECD(electron-capture detector). The minimum limit of detection was 0.015 mg/kg, the different level recovery was 85.65-95.53%, RSD was 3.24-5.02 %. The method is convenient and can satisfy the requirement of residual analysis. The method is suitable for analysis of pesticide acetaniprid in Lonicera japonic and also provide reference for other Chinese herbs.
