鱼藤酮腙的合成及生物活性

摘    要:用鱼藤酮和水合肼反应,得到新化合物鱼藤酮腙,其结构经^H NMR、^13C NMR和MS确认。杀虫活性测定结果表明,目标化合物对家蝇和黄曲条跳甲的活性与鱼藤酮相当。

Abstract:A new compound rotenone - hydrazone was synthesized by the reaction of rotenone with hydrazinehydrate, and its structure was confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and MS. The test results show that the insecticidalactivity against house fly (Musca domestica viciina Macquart) and stripped flea beetles (Phyllotreta striolate Fabricius)for both rotenone-hydrazone and rotenone is almost same.
